Springboro median home prices rose by 11.1% in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Springboro rose by $34,000 while total sales increased by 27.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 158 homes sold, with a median sale price of $339,000 - a 11.1% increase over the $305,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 124 homes sold in Springboro in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Springboro for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,148, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
