The third quarter of 2021: Home prices in Five Points increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Five Points rose by $49,100 while total sales increased by 30%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $417,600 - a 13.3% increase over the $368,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Five Points in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Five Points for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,231, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
