Home prices increased in Hunter during October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Hunter rose by $100,000 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $269,950 - a 58.8% increase over the $169,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Hunter in October 2020.

The median sales tax in Hunter for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,996, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for October 2021.
