October 2021: Home prices in Five Points increased

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Five Points rose by $32,150 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $401,150 - a 8.7% increase over the $369,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Five Points in October 2020.

The median sales tax in Five Points for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,231, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for October 2021.
