Pricing for the median home in Hunter increased during November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Hunter rose by $20,000 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $207,500 - a 10.7% increase over the $187,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Hunter in November 2020.

The median sales tax in Hunter for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,996, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for November 2021.
