November 2021: Lebanon experienced a 11.5% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Lebanon rose by $27,550 while total sales increased by 42.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $267,800 - a 11.5% increase over the $240,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Lebanon in November 2020.

The median sales tax in Lebanon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,293, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for November 2021.
