Home prices decreased in Five Points during November 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Five Points fell by $8,450 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $298,250 - a 2.8% decrease over the $306,700 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Five Points in November 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Five Points for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,231, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for November 2021.
