Five Points median home prices fell by 18.7% in January 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2022 in Five Points fell by $69,250 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2022, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $301,250 - a 18.7% decrease over the $370,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Five Points in January 2021, as well.

The median sales tax in Five Points for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,231, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for January 2022.
