Median home prices in Lebanon rose to $253,000 in February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Lebanon rose by $28,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 27 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $253,000 - a 12.4% increase over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Lebanon in February 2021, as well.

The median sales tax in Lebanon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,293, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for February 2022.
