On March 28, Edward A. Trolio Jr. and Linda Trolio purchased a property at 3455 Renaissance Blvd., Hunter from Joseph M. and Manasa Brune for $471,500.

The last time this property sold was Sept. 12, 2018. It last sold for $357,000.

So far in March 2022, three properties sold in Hunter.

According to the Ohio Secretary of State, there were five registered voters residing at 3455 Renaissance Blvd. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Jeanne Lynn Hanes, 56, Victor T Hanes, 58, Kara M Hanes, 27, Vera H Lortie, 42, and Eric M Lortie, 44.
