Morrow home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Morrow rose by $6,950 while total sales increased by 46.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 47 homes sold, with a median sale price of $219,900 - a 3.3% increase over the $212,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Morrow in the first quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Morrow for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,609, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2020.
