Waynesville home prices fall in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Waynesville fell by $11,500 while total sales decreased by 46.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $223,000 - a 4.9% decrease over the $234,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Waynesville in May 2019.
