Landen home prices rise in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Landen rose by $38,500 while total sales decreased by 32.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $245,000 - a 18.6% increase over the $206,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Landen in May 2019.
