Five Points home prices fall in June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Five Points fell by $33,500 while total sales decreased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $452,000 - a 6.9% decrease over the $485,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Five Points in June 2019.

The median sales tax in Five Points for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,231, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for June 2020.
