Mason home prices unchanged in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Mason was unchanged while total sales decreased by 22.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 145 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000. There were 187 homes sold in Mason in the second quarter of 2019, and the median sales price for the period was also $265,000.

The median sales tax in Mason for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,803, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2020.
