Waynesville home prices fall in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Waynesville fell by $18,500 while total sales decreased by 17.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $300,500 - a 5.8% decrease over the $319,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Waynesville in July 2019.
