Five Points home prices rise in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Five Points rose by $12,050 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $399,000 - a 3.1% increase over the $386,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Five Points in July 2019.

The median sales tax in Five Points for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,231, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
