Carlisle home prices rise in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Carlisle rose by $30,950 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $164,950 - a 23.1% increase over the $134,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Carlisle in September 2019.
