Springboro home prices fall in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Springboro fell by $25,500 while total sales decreased by 29.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $275,000 - a 8.5% decrease over the $300,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Springboro in September 2019.
