South Lebanon home prices rise in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in South Lebanon rose by $27,500 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $146,500 - a 23.1% increase over the $119,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in South Lebanon in October 2019.

The median sales tax in South Lebanon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,723, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for October 2020.
