Franklin home prices rise in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Franklin rose by $12,550 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $161,500 - a 8.4% increase over the $148,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Franklin in October 2019.

The median sales tax in Franklin for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,890, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for October 2020.
