Lebanon home prices rise in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Lebanon rose by $42,288 while total sales decreased by 19.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $266,000 - a 18.9% increase over the $223,712 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Lebanon in October 2019.

The median sales tax in Lebanon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,293, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for October 2020.
