2020: South Lebanon experienced a 2.9% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in South Lebanon rose by $3,755 while total sales decreased by 5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $135,000 - a 2.9% increase over the $131,245 median sale price for the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in South Lebanon in 2019.

The median sales tax in South Lebanon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,723, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for 2020.
