2020: Home prices in Five Points fell

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in Five Points fell by $22,150 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $344,500 - a 6% decrease over the $366,650 median sale price for the previous year. There were 48 homes sold in Five Points in 2019.

The median sales tax in Five Points for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,231, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for 2020.
