Home prices increased in Landen during the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Landen rose by $14,750 while total sales increased by 33.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were 150 homes sold, with a median sale price of $262,750 - a 5.9% increase over the $248,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 112 homes sold in Landen in the second half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Landen for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,782, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
