The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Morrow rose by $10,500 while total sales increased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $237,500 - a 4.6% increase over the $227,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Morrow in the fourth quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Morrow for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,609, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2020.
