Median home prices in Landen rose to $262,750 in the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Landen rose by $21,250 while total sales increased by 40.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 76 homes sold, with a median sale price of $262,750 - a 8.8% increase over the $241,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Landen in the fourth quarter of 2019.
