Five Points home prices rose in December 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Five Points rose by $139,000 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $337,500 - a 70% increase over the $198,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Five Points in December 2019.

The median sales tax in Five Points for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,231, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for December 2020.
