February 2021: Home prices in South Lebanon increased

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in South Lebanon rose by $65,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,500 - a 68.1% increase over the $95,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in South Lebanon in February 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in South Lebanon for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,723, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
