Home prices decreased in Lebanon during April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Lebanon fell by $25,450 while total sales increased by 58.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $204,501 - a 11.1% decrease over the $229,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Lebanon in April 2020.
