April 2021: Home prices in Five Points fell

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Five Points fell by $67,550 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $417,450 - a 13.9% decrease over the $485,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Five Points in April 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Five Points for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,231, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for April 2021.
