The Mason Deerfield Chamber, along with the Women Business Leaders MADE Advisory Council, is dedicated to providing personal inspiration and practical application to promote more equitable representation of leadership in the MADE region - at every career level and all stages of personal growth.
Each year we host our Annual Leadership Summit where we bring in regional speakers and create a day of inspiration, connections, and rejuvenation. In 2022, all individuals are invited to experience an incredible keynote session and roundtable discussions on the topic of mental health - specifically avoiding burnout and finding a work-life harmony. A hot breakfast buffet will be provided to attendees.
