10:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Join our favorite Cemetery Expert, Jane Crandall, and her team to learn more about the processes they use to preserve gravestones in honor of those they memorialize. This workshop will discuss their past and future projects while providing information on proper gravestone repair methods. By learning more about iconography and hearing about some History Mysteries, Jane and her team will help dispel the notion that working in cemeteries is somehow ghoulish or inappropriate.
This information session is perfectly coupled with a morning of gravestone cleaning at St. Paul Lutheran Church on May 14th. This hands-on workshop will use the methods discussed during our in library session on April 30th.
Since space is limited, make sure to register for both days by calling 419-798-0477, stopping in the library or signing up at idarupp.org
Event Type(s): Marblehead Peninsula Branch Library Program
