State Rep. Bob Peterson | The Ohio House of Representatives
State Representative Bob Peterson, a Republican from Sabina, has been appointed as the Chair of the House Public Insurance & Pensions Committee for the 136th General Assembly. The appointment was made by Ohio House Speaker Matt Huffman, who is also a Republican from Lima.
Peterson expressed enthusiasm about his new role. "I am excited to lead this committee that in some way impacts every Ohioan," he stated. He added that he looks forward to addressing issues related to the Bureau of Workers' Compensation and state pensions with practical solutions.
In addition to his chairmanship, Peterson will serve on the House Agriculture, Energy, and Insurance Committees.
